I grew up as a part of a military family, I was overseas for the majority of my childhood and enjoyed the experience. I have been in the insurance industry for 19 years since I founded RWI in 2010. The most exciting part of my work is the amazing people I meet. They are all on an adventure and it is a pleasure to be part of it. Unique businesses, car collectors, inventors, and special education teachers, all matter.

The first rule of Crossfit is to never stop talking about Crossfit, just ask anyone. So when describing myself on a personal level, I’d have to say I love staying fit with Crossfit. I also love Jeeps, options trading, scuba diving, and PSL. On a weekend I’m not working, you can catch me on a jeep trail and our little overland trailer with my family. We like to mix it up when it comes to community service. We’ve contributed to water drives, and rescue missions that benefit the homeless, sponsor needy families over the holidays, and we love to work with Feed My Starving Children events.

As an Army Brat I grew up in several different places but I graduated High School in Germany. Being married to the Agency Owner led me to want to become part of it by learning and growing within the industry. I love when we are able to help clients get the correct insurance and to help them understand why they need it.

On a personal level, I love food, therefore I do Crossfit to achieve balance. But, my family is my biggest joy which is why I spend the majority of my free time with them either off-roading in our Jeep, camping, or watching Notre Dame and Georgia football. As a family, we donate to several non-profits and participate in Christmas Family Adoptions through our gym, Feed My Starving Children, and Food Pantries.

Originally from El Cajon Ca, I moved to Mesa, Az in 2002. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I have gained over 17 years of experience within the insurance industry serving a variety of roles from sales to customer service. I enjoy helping people get the best quality of insurance that they need to have. I also enjoy it when I am able to save them money.

In my free time, I enjoy going to see live music and I also enjoy spending time with my family vacation. Admittedly, I am addicted to the  ID channel, I’m always interested in how small traces of DNA sometimes make the biggest differences in a criminal case! You can either find me at home or back in California on the beach. I love the water and feel most at peace around it.  One goal I have to give back to the community is to take my kids to serve holiday dinner to the homeless I think it would show them how to care about the less fortunate.
